How a ride works

    Say where you are going

    Search in Macedonian, Albanian or English — the same place answers to all three, however it is spelled on the sign.

    See the price first

    The fare is quoted before you book, with the range the final price is held to. No surprise at the end of the trip.

    Ride, then pay the driver

    Follow the car on the map from the moment it is assigned. Pay cash when you arrive.

Keep the fare. Pay commission on what we actually did.

You collect the fare in cash from the passenger. ORCA charges commission on the ride, not a cut of your cash flow — and every change to that commission is announced before it takes effect.

Apply to drive

  • Commission you can check

    Every ride shows the fare, the commission and the VAT on it, separately. Your earnings are the difference, and nothing is rounded in our favour.

  • You hold the cash

    The passenger pays you directly. Commission is settled from your wallet, not taken out of the fare before it reaches you.

  • A real invoice, monthly

    You get a numbered commission invoice for your accounts, with VAT shown as the law requires.

  • Notice before rates rise

    A commission increase is announced ahead of time and only then applied. A decrease takes effect immediately.
