Delete your ORCA account
You can delete your ORCA account at any time. It cannot be undone.
In the app
Open ORCA or ORCA Driver, go to Profile and tap Delete account.
What happens
Your name, phone number, email, photo, saved places and devices are removed and you are signed out everywhere. Records of past rides, payments and invoices are kept as accounting law requires, without anything that identifies you. A ride in progress or commission you owe must be settled first.
